Stéphanie Barboteau - General & artistic coordination

In her previous life, Stéphanie Barboteau lived in France (Bordeaux, Paris) and taught literature in secondary schools.

In 2011, she moved to Brussels and began a Master's degree in Cultural Management at ULB. She then went on to work for a number of different organizations, including the Festival International des Brigittines in Brussels, for two years running, first as a producer and then as communications manager. She discovered dance, and forged relationships with a number of companies.

She was then hired by the Audience production office, which also manages the Manufacture/collectif contemporain in Avignon, where she worked from 2013 to 2015.

In 2016, she became director of the office, and reshaped the project. She then created BLOOM Project, conceived as an office for the development of live shows, based on the idea of sustainable support for companies in the long term, whatever the form of their projects... Many new collaborations are born.

Today, BLOOM Project is made up of 4 people, and accompanies and represents 8 companies in the fields of theater, dance and young audiences, as well as in their multiple variations: participative projects, in situ projects, workshops...
