After SYSTEM FAILURE and HUMAN DECISION, INITIAL ANOMALY is the last part of the trilogy around the impact of new technologies on our lives. It addresses the challenges of the development of artificial intelligence.
Inspired by transhumanist theories, the members of the company System Failure confront the idea of their death and imagine an intelligent program responsible for creating their future “posthumous” shows. Would a complex algorithm - "fed" by sci-fi film and series scripts, music and choreography selected by the members of the team - be able to reproduce the paw of the System Failure company?
On stage, the characters from previous shows are now "holos": virtual creatures, themselves endowed with a form of artificial intelligence, whose capacities will increase, to the point of reaching a level of consciousness. unexpected.
Will the creature overtake its creator?
